Can I join more than one Sonopia?

Absolutely! You can join as many Sonopias as you wish. However, you can only receive branded mobile service from one Sonopia at a time.

Why aren't I receiving Sonopia e-mail reminders or newsletters?

Some e-mail services and e-mail client software have filters that automatically classify certain incoming e-mails as "spam" (unsolicited junk e-mail). To properly receive our free notifications, newsletters and e-mail reminders, we recommend the following:

  • Upon first receipt of our newsletter or e-mail alert, please make sure to add our e-mail address into your address book.
  • Add our domain address @sonopia.com into the allowed list of senders/incoming e-mail of your e-mail software (Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.), if it has such a feature.
  • If you still cannot locate our e-mail in your Inbox, check in the spam and trash folders. If the e-mail is there, mark it as "not spam" or "report as not spam." This option is provided by your e-mail account service (Yahoo!, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.).
  • If you see any of our domain addresses on the blacklist (unallowed/blocked list of senders) of your e-mail client/e-mail account service provider, please remove our domain address from the list.
  • Lastly, please do not block or report our e-mail as "spam" in your e-mail account.

How can I set up Outlook to receive all Sonopia newsletters and reminders?

To ensure that you receive every newsletter and reminder, please be sure to add our domain to your Safe Senders/White list as follows. These instructions are specifically for Outlook; other e-mail applications are handled similarly:

  • Select "Actions" > "Junk E-Mail" > "Junk E-Mail Options" from the Outlook menu
  • Select the "Safe Senders" tab
  • Click "Add"
  • Enter the @sonopia.com domain to white list
  • Click "OK"
  • Click "OK" again
